Touch has long been regarded as the simplest way people share feelings and compassion but the strange thing doctors have been wondering about for a long time is why the specific act seemingly brings about healing. Pain seems to react to touch in a way not yet quite apparent to our researchers and doctors, then they find a special set of nerves that dots our fingers directly linked to the feeling processing center of the brain. The special sense receptors can be compared to having healing touch for one knows that babies calm at the touch of their parents, sick people calm down with a compassionate stroke of the hands and massage calms even the most stressed soul.
This might explain why alternative medicine, namely reflexology and massage tends to have beneficial effects though they are not directly treating internal organs within the human body. Touch as it turns out has a more effective purpose that may have evolved through our millions of years of evolution. The mechanisms truly complex for it to have eluded study all these years. Seems we are really benefiting from the comforting touch we get when we need it most amd scientists have proof to back it up!

These pain relievers as they’re called are not really relieving pain as they claim, they are only diverting the brain from the real pain source, enough to get it to release endorphins, the body’s natural pain reliever. So what do you use for those aches and pains, well he best are ones that come with all natural extracts but please do check with your dermatologist and doctor should you have any underlying illness for some herbs treatment can interact with drugs that they can lead to side effects. Herbal extracts have long been used for their medicinal value and with that, try to avoid those that use chemicals that are more or less made artificially.

New research has produced a fat derivative lotion that acts well in anti-wrinkle situations is indeed causing a stir due to it’s remarkable abilities. May the damage be from sun damage or through the skin’s natural aging process, wrinkles can develop early or late in life depending on these two factors. Often, skin damaged by such incident is dry and wrinkled which is the result of collagen loss that hastens the production of enzymes that further eats up remaining healthy collagen in the skin cells. Gone are te days of pig skin grafts for people who suffer trauma such as accidents and burns that used to be sure ways for one to get ugly scar tissue for researchers have found that bone marrow stem cells are making the healing process faster and better than traditional skin graft methods. The procedure normally had the person’s own skin stretched onto the gaping skin wounds, cut from other less obvious parts of the body. The new research has pig skin treated with the person’s own skin cells then augmented with bone marrow stem cells allowing faster and better healing. Once the skin has begun to grow, it is then grafted onto the person without the pig skin allowing growth of the natural skin without using the pig skin as a substrate making the grafted skin good as new.

There are a lot of products, ranging from miracle creams to spot treatments and gels to topical prescriptions that are bought and sold under the premise of reducing the signs of aging. But we often neglect are many habits and things we can do today that will prevent some of those wrinkles (or at least reduce their severity) tomorrow. We have products that we probably already have but don’t include in our ritual. Bolster our regimen by ensuring we can consume a few foods that are known to be excellent sources of antioxidants. They are essential to good health, which also includes helping skin maintain its youthful glow. Beta-carotene like carrots may neutralize free radicals which affect your skin on a cellular level. Anthocyanidins like berries increase our cellular defense system. Flavanones like citrus and flavonols like apples and onions, broccoli and cauliflower .
