The product claims to reduce new body hair growth by as much as 64% and is not hailed or even advertised to be a permanent hair removal tool rather a reducer. The product is available exclusively in their stores and do expect a hefty price for less hair for it costs $250 so you’ll be sure to dig into your savings of have to save for quite sometime before you can get one for your personal beauty arsenal.

Bone Marrow Stem Cells Offer Skin Regeneration

Posted by Aileen on Apr 12 2009 | Informaiton, Real-life, Techniques

skincareGone are te days of pig skin grafts for people who suffer trauma such as accidents and burns that used to be sure ways for one to get ugly scar tissue for researchers have found that bone marrow stem cells are making the healing process faster and better than traditional skin graft methods. The procedure normally had the person’s own skin stretched onto the gaping skin wounds, cut from other less obvious parts of the body. The new research has pig skin treated with the person’s own skin cells then augmented with bone marrow stem cells allowing faster and better healing. Once the skin has begun to grow, it is then grafted onto the person without the pig skin allowing growth of the natural skin without using the pig skin as a substrate making the grafted skin good as new. Touch – More than a Simple Feeling

Posted by Aileen on Mar 12 2009 | Basics, Informaiton, Real-life, Techniques

massageTouch has long been regarded as the simplest way people share feelings and compassion but the strange thing doctors have been wondering about for a long time is why the specific act seemingly brings about healing. Pain seems to react to touch in a way not yet quite apparent to our researchers and doctors, then they find a special set of nerves that dots our fingers directly linked to the feeling processing center of the brain. The special sense receptors can be compared to having healing touch for one knows that babies calm at the touch of their parents, sick people calm down with a compassionate stroke of the hands and massage calms even the most stressed soul. Rough hands

A lot of us today are do-it-yourself fanatics and our hands are always getting the rough treatment. Between cleaning, gardening and even just driving, they get exposed a lot. Harsh chemicals we use everyday in the house worsen the condition of having dry hands. Though we try to wear gloves whenever possible we tend to forget them at one point in time.
Hand cream is one must have for our hands to keep it moisturized. Keep it in the bathroom, the bedroom and the kitchen so we can often apply it to our hands. L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream is a thick white cream. It has a noticeable scent to it and not overly strong. It is like a light, sweet floral type scent. The scent may be more feminine than some men would like to use on themselves, but the scent does fade within a short period of time. It only takes the size of a dime to generously apply L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream to both of hands. L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream feels so rich and luxurious. It will leave your hands feeling really hydrated but greaseless just like a beauty queen. As soon as applied in the hands, after ten minutes or less it will fill soft and smooth. One tube will last about 9 months.

A majority of beauty queens actually agree on one thing, drink plenty of water. They start with three glasses of warm water in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. According to the Institute of Medicine, about 2.2 liters of water (overall amount of beverages) for the ladies, more of course when the weather is hot and humid, or during workouts. Drinking water moisturizes your skin from the inside out and clear up your skin for a healthy glow. It will not happen overnight, of course, but just a week of drinking a healthy amount of water can have good effects on your skin. Water is important to keep your skin smooth and delicate. It helps flushes unwanted toxins and impurities from vital organs. They also have the task to carry nutrients to cells, and provide moisture for the tissues of ear, nose and throat. Water is the single most important element for cellular integrity. Nothing will improve the appearance of your skin better than drinking enough water. You should know that water is one of the best tools for weight loss, because it replaces high-calorie drinks like soda, juice, and alcohol with a drink that doesn’t have any calories. Water is a great appetite suppressant, and often when we think we’re hungry, we are actually just thirsty.

Beauty queen or not we wouldn’t want to look like pre-maturely dried prunes. The body is 90 percent water and needs it for digestion, healthy skin, blood circulation, temperature control and lots of other reasons. Drink lots of water! Have beauty queen skin and stay healthy!
